The staff is very friendly; they seem to be a caring staff. We ask questions, and they answer them, so we're very pleased with it to date. Because of COVID-19 we haven't been able to be around my mother yet, but they're making arrangements for us to be as close as possible, so we have to wait until they go through the process.
